Subscribe & Save Cancellation Policy

When you enroll in Guttiful's Subscribe & Save program, you authorize us to automatically charge your chosen payment method and ship your order on a recurring monthly basis, until you cancel.

How to Cancel

You may cancel your subscription at any time, for any reason, with no cancellation fee. To cancel, sign in to your account and manage your subscription directly, or contact us by email with your order number and we will process the cancellation for you.

When Cancellation Takes Effect

To avoid being charged for an upcoming shipment, cancel before your next scheduled billing date. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle; if a shipment has already been processed, it is covered by our standard 30-day money-back guarantee rather than being retroactively canceled.

Changes to Your Subscription

You can also skip a shipment, change your delivery frequency, or update your shipping/payment details at any time using the same account access or by contacting us.
